Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Marker Muse account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open Marker Muse and sign in.
- Go to My Stuff and open your account settings (the profile/avatar at the top).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE. Your account and data are removed right away.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email support@markermuse.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify ownership and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile (email, name, profile image).
- Your saved palettes, custom palettes, saved moods, and favorite colors.
- Your marker collection (the sets you marked as owned).
- Any active web subscription is cancelled as part of deletion.
What is retained
- Anonymous community contributions such as color-accuracy votes may be kept in de-identified form (they're no longer linked to you).
- A minimal billing/audit record may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Google Play subscribers: deleting your account removes your data, but an active Google Play subscription must also be cancelled in the Google Play Store › Subscriptions to stop future billing. Google manages Play subscriptions and we can't cancel them for you.
