Which links are affiliate links
Affiliate links appear in the following places:
- Marker set and product pages — "View on Amazon" buy buttons.
- Coloring book pages — "View on Amazon" links where a book is listed.
- The "Buy these next" and color-detail buy suggestions inside the app.
All affiliate links are clearly identified with a disclosure notice near the link. Links to third-party sites that are not affiliate links (for example, brand websites or reference pages) are not tagged.
How commissions are used
Commissions help cover the costs of running and improving Marker Muse — hosting, database, and development time. Affiliate relationships have no influence over which markers, sets, or books are included in the database, which colors are recommended, or how palettes are generated. All color data comes from manufacturer charts and physical sampling.
FTC compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). We are also a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.
