Acceptance of these terms
By using Marker Muse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Marker Muse is a cross-brand marker color reference and palette discovery tool. Color data is compiled from manufacturer references and community contributions and is provided for guidance — actual marker colors can vary by batch, paper, and lighting, so always test on your own materials.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You may delete your account at any time from settings or via the Account Deletion page.
Marker Muse Pro subscriptions
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe; Android subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime. Web subscriptions are managed through the in-app billing portal; Google Play subscriptions are managed in the Google Play Store. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law (or by Google Play's policies for Play purchases), payments are non-refundable.
Community content
If you share palettes, photos, or other content to the community, you keep ownership of it but grant Marker Muse a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and you agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the database except as the app allows.
- Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its compiled data are owned by Marker Muse and protected by applicable law. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; Marker Muse is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Color values are approximate and provided for reference only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marker Muse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the Service over time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
